1. About Us

The Site is operated by Wacky Walls Studio. We create and sell original one-of-one sculptural artworks, each permanently paired with a retired historic automotive colour designation within the Wacky Walls Designation Register.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You must not use the Site in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations, infringes our intellectual property rights or those of any third party, transmits unsolicited commercial communications, or attempts to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, artwork photography, designation records, design elements and the Wacky Walls Designation Register — is owned by or licensed to Wacky Walls Studio and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

4. Artworks and the Designation Register

Each Wacky Walls artwork is a unique, one-of-one original. Once a historic automotive colour designation is assigned to an artwork and recorded in the Designation Register, it is permanently retired and will never be reissued or reassigned. The Designation Register is a permanent historical record and its entries are final.

5. Acquisition Enquiries

Submitting an acquisition enquiry through the Site does not constitute a binding contract or guarantee of purchase. All acquisitions are subject to separate written agreement between you and Wacky Walls Studio. We reserve the right to decline any enquiry at our sole discretion.

6. Accuracy of Information

We take care to ensure the information on the Site is accurate and up to date. However, we make no warranties or representations as to the accuracy, completeness or fitness for purpose of any content on the Site. Artwork dimensions, availability and designation details are provided in good faith and may be subject to change.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wacky Walls Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
